For hospitals, clinics & telemedicine
AI-powered ECG interpretation software for every care setting.
Cardiolyse is a device-agnostic AI ECG analysis platform that helps hospitals, cardiology clinics, GP networks and telemedicine services interpret 12-lead resting, Holter and wearable ECGs in seconds — in-hospital or remotely, through one API and one clinician-ready web dashboard.
Built for provider workflows
Clinical-grade ECG AI that fits every device and every workflow.
Whether you run a tertiary cardiology unit, a regional hospital network, a telemedicine service or a screening programme, Cardiolyse plugs into your existing pipeline — no rip-and-replace, no proprietary hardware.
1 to 12 leads, one algorithm
Same clinical-grade AI analyses signal from a single-lead patch, a 6-lead wearable, or a full 12-lead diagnostic ECG. Up to 300 vital ECG parameters, HRV, arrhythmias, AFib, MI and ventricular hypertrophy — from any source.
Web dashboard for remote review
A clinician-facing dashboard lets your cardiologists triage, annotate and sign off ECGs from anywhere — with prioritised worklists, flagged high-risk cases and exportable PDF reports for the patient record.
API-first, EHR-friendly
Cardiolyse is device- and vendor-neutral. A single REST API ingests ECGs in XML, PDF, SCP-ECG, DICOM-ECG and proprietary vendor formats — and returns structured, HL7 FHIR-ready findings your EHR or PACS can consume directly.
Two ECG modalities, one solution provider
Resting ECG or Holter ECG, analysed by the same clinical-grade AI.
Adjustable result format, customizable clinical dashboard and visible audit trail — whether the recording is a 10-second resting trace or a multi-day ambulatory study.
12-lead resting ECG analytics
Automated interpretation of standard 10-second, 12-lead recordings from ECG carts and patient monitors. Structured findings, rhythm and morphology parameters, and a ready-to-sign PDF land back at the workstation in seconds.
- Rhythm and morphology interpretation across all 12 leads
- Up to 300 ECG parameters and biomarkers
- Workflow supported by Cardiolyse ECG Workspace
- Direct results into any EHR or PACS
- Digitisation option for paper or PDF ECGs
Holter & long-term ambulatory ECG
End-to-end analysis of 24-hour, 48-hour and multi-day recordings from any 1–3 lead Holter, patch or wearable. AI pre-screens the whole trace, isolates events, and gives your reader a prioritised worklist instead of raw hours of signal.
- Arrhythmia detection, quantification and burden
- Web-based Holter ECG recording editor
- Any-device ingestion — Holter, patch, wearable
- Prioritised event worklist for faster review
- Central reading and validation by an external clinical team on request
Two deployments, one platform
In-hospital integration and remote monitoring, from a single AI engine.
Most providers need both: fast reads inside the hospital and continuous cardiac visibility outside it. Cardiolyse serves both from the same certified engine — so your clinicians work with one interpretation, one report format and one audit trail.
In-hospital ECG integration
Plug Cardiolyse into your ECG carts, patient monitors and Holter systems. Results flow into the EHR through direct integration, automatic report generation happens in seconds and abnormal findings are surfaced on the same workstation your cardiology team already uses.
- 12-lead resting ECG interpretation
- Holter and long-term ambulatory analysis
- Direct results into any EHR or PACS
- Automated PDF reports for the patient record
- Full audit trail for regulated environments
- Digitisation option for your paper or PDF reports
Remote cardiac monitoring
Give your telemedicine, cardiac rehab and chronic care teams a continuous view of patients at home — from single- to three-lead patches, 6-lead consumer wearables and connected ECG devices (AliveCor, Apple and similar). Every recording is triaged by AI before it reaches your clinician's queue.
- Any-device ingestion — wearables, patches, Holter, home ECG
- AI pre-screening reduces clinician review time
- Prioritised worklist for high-risk patients
- Personal Baseline Score to spot subtle deterioration
- Web dashboard for remote doctor assessment
Why providers choose Cardiolyse
Higher diagnostic throughput. Less overread burden. Better patient outcomes.
Cut ECG interpretation time. Automated first reads with structured findings. Focus cardiologists on the cases that actually need their attention.
Standardise reads across your network. One AI, one report format across every site, device and clinician — no more inter-reader variability between hospitals.
Detect earlier, prevent more. Universal ECG and Personal Baseline Scores flag risk of dangerous cardiac events up to two months in advance.
Vendor-neutral by design. Keep your existing ECG carts, Holters and wearables — Cardiolyse works with what you already own.
CE-marked, ISO-certified, GDPR-compliant. A Class IIa medical device software with an EU-hosted, ISO 27001-aligned data pipeline and NHS Digital Data Security & Protection compliance, suitable for regulated European health systems.
Deploy in weeks, not quarters. Start with the web dashboard for immediate value, then integrate the API into your EHR when procurement is ready.
How it works
From raw waveform to clinician-ready report in minutes.
-
01
Ingest
Send an ECG from any device — 1 to 12 leads, any duration, any common format — via API, dashboard upload or direct device integration.
-
02
Analyse
Clinically proven AI algorithms extract up to 300 vital ECG parameters, HRV metrics and arrhythmia classifications.
-
03
Prioritise
ECG findings and Personal Baseline Scores rank patients by risk so your clinicians see the critical cases first.
-
04
Report
A clinician signs off in the web dashboard; a structured result and a PDF land in your EHR.

Frequently asked
Questions clinicians and IT teams ask before adopting Cardiolyse.
How accurate is Cardiolyse compared with a cardiologist?
Our AI is trained and validated against expert-annotated ECG data sets. The platform is CE-marked as Class IIa medical device software and is designed to augment — not replace — clinician judgement. MDR regulation requires a strict view of our validation and model training.
Cardiologist sign-off remains part of the workflow for regulated diagnostic use.
Rest assured, Cardiolyse can deliver best-in-class output and accuracy data. More details available under NDA.
Which ECG devices does Cardiolyse work with?
Any digital ECG from 1 to 12 leads. That includes standard 12-lead diagnostic ECG carts, ambulatory Holter monitors, single- and multi-lead patches, and 6-lead consumer wearables. We support common formats — EDF, XML, DICOM-ECG, PDF — plus proprietary vendor exports.
Can we integrate Cardiolyse with our EHR (Epic, Cerner, or a regional system)?
Yes. Our REST API returns structured results that map cleanly to PACS or a dedicated cardiac module. Our team can support your integration partner directly.
Is Cardiolyse regulatory-approved?
Yes. Cardiolyse is CE-marked as a Class IIa medical device software under EU Regulations and operates under an ISO 13485 quality management system. Data handling is GDPR-compliant with EU-hosted infrastructure and ISO 27001-aligned controls, and Cardiolyse is certified by NHS Digital for Data Security and Protection compliance.
Can our cardiologists use Cardiolyse remotely?
Yes. The Cardiolyse web dashboard lets clinicians triage, annotate and sign off ECGs from any authenticated device — with role-based access, full audit trails and prioritised worklists for high-risk patients.
How long does deployment take?
Most provider deployments go live on the web dashboard within two to four weeks. Deeper EHR integration and on-premises options are scoped case by case with your IT and compliance teams.
How is patient data protected?
All data is transmitted over TLS, stored encrypted at rest, hosted in EU data centres and processed under a signed Data Processing Agreement. We are ISO 27001-aligned, GDPR-compliant and certified by NHS Digital for Data Security and Protection compliance.
