ECG Reporting Service

AI analytics, a reading workspace and cardiologists — in one reporting service.

Cardiolyse combines automated ECG analysis, the ECG Workspace dashboard and reporting cardiologists who review and sign every report. Available for 12-lead resting ECG and 1–3-lead Holter ECG, for providers in Italy, Germany, Switzerland and across the EU.

What makes it different

Three layers behind every report.

Software alone leaves the clinical sign-off to you. A reading service alone gives you no data. Here the analytics, the workspace and the cardiologist work as one.

Layer 1

Automated ECG analytics

Every recording is analysed first by Cardiolyse’s CE Class IIa analytics: rhythm, conduction, intervals and measurements on resting ECGs, and events across the full recording on Holter ECGs, with findings ready for review.

  • Consistent first read on every ECG
  • Measurements and findings pre-filled
  • Signal-quality checks before review
Layer 2

Review platforms

Resting ECGs arrive in the ECG Workspace worklist, where the cardiologist reviews the trace, edits findings and signs the report. Holter recordings are reviewed on Cardiolyse’s dedicated Holter platform.

  • Prioritised worklist
  • Review, edit and sign-off in one place
  • Audit trail for every report
Layer 3

Reporting cardiologists

Qualified local cardiologists review the analysis and sign each report, so your service delivers a clinician-signed result, not just software output.

  • Cardiologist review of every ECG
  • Signed PDF report
  • Supported local reporting in Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and other EU countries
How it works

From recording to signed report.

  1. 01

    Record

Your team records a 12-lead resting ECG or a 1–3-lead Holter ECG on your own device, in the clinic, pharmacy or screening setting.

  2. 02

    Analyse

The recording is uploaded and analysed automatically, with findings and measurements prepared for review.

  3. 03

    Review

A reporting cardiologist reviews the trace and findings — resting ECGs in the ECG Workspace, Holter ECGs on the Holter platform — and confirms or edits them.

  4. 04

    Report

The signed PDF report is returned to your team and stays available for your records.

Who it is for

For teams that record ECGs but need a cardiologist to report them.

GP and primary-care clinics

Offer resting and Holter ECG on site and receive a cardiologist-signed report without a cardiologist in every clinic.

Pharmacies and point-of-care

Add heart checks to a pharmacy or screening service with reporting handled for you.

Occupational health and screening

Report pre-employment, sports and workplace screening ECGs to the same standard across sites.

Telemedicine and device providers

Give your customers a reporting service behind your device or platform, under your own workflow.

Outsourcing ECG reporting for clinics

Hand over ECG reporting for your clinic entirely, while your team keeps recording ECGs and seeing patients.

Hospitals and diagnostic centres

Add reporting capacity for busy periods or satellite sites without hiring more cardiologists.

How the service fits you

Set up around your clinic, not ours.

Outsourced ECG reporting should fit the way your service already runs — your devices, your brand, your volume and, if you have them, your own cardiologists.

How you pay

Per report, by volume

A price per signed report, set by your expected monthly volume. The more ECGs you report with us, the lower the price per report.

  • Volume-based pricing per report
  • Pilot first, then an agreed volume
  • Resting and Holter ECG on one agreement
Getting started

No new hardware

Keep the ECG and Holter devices you already use. We connect your recordings to the service and start with a pilot on real cases from your clinic.

  • Works with your existing devices
  • Upload through the web dashboard or the ECG API
  • A pilot before you commit
Your brand

Your logo on the report

Reports can carry your clinic’s name and logo, so patients and referrers see your service — with the cardiologist’s signature behind it.

  • Branded PDF reports
  • Your clinic’s name and logo
  • Cardiologist-signed
Hybrid reporting

Your cardiologists or ours

If you have cardiologists, they review and sign resting ECGs in the ECG Workspace. Our reporting cardiologists cover the rest, the overflow or busy periods.

  • Your own reporting team on the platform
  • Cardiolyse cardiologists for the rest
  • One consistent report format

Why clinics outsource ECG reporting

Fewer specialists. The same ECGs to report.

Across Europe, specialist doctors are in short supply and the workforce is ageing — while resting and Holter recordings keep coming in and still need a qualified signature.

Frequently asked

ECG reporting, answered.

Which ECGs does the service report?

The service covers 12-lead resting ECG and 1–3-lead Holter ECG. For the Holter analytics behind the reports, see Holter ECG Analytics.

Who signs the reports?

Qualified local cardiologists working with Cardiolyse review the automated analysis and sign each report, for both resting and Holter ECGs.

Which countries do you support?

We support providers in Italy, Germany and Switzerland, and can support other EU countries. Tell us where your service runs and we will confirm the set-up.

Do we need to change our ECG devices?

No. You keep recording on your own resting ECG or Holter device. Recordings are uploaded as digital files through the web dashboard or the ECG API.

Is this a tele-ECG or remote ECG interpretation service?

Yes. It is an outsourced ECG reporting service: you record locally, and the ECG is analysed and interpreted remotely by cardiologists, who return a signed report. In Italy this is often called refertazione ECG a distanza or telecardiologia; in Germany and Switzerland, Tele-EKG-Befundung.

How is the service priced?

Pricing is per report and based on your expected monthly volume: the higher the volume, the lower the price per report. Most providers start with a pilot before agreeing a volume.

Can our own cardiologists use the platform instead?

Yes. For resting ECG, the same analytics and ECG Workspace are available for your own reporting team, with Cardiolyse cardiologists covering the rest or busy periods.

For everything else, see the full FAQ.

Need cardiologist-signed ECG reports?
